I just checked some of the source code in the Suse Linux factory package
kdenetwork3-3.5.10-11.17 and I noticed the following

$ egrep "new|delete" ../BUILD/kdenetwork-3.5.10/ksirc/puke/pkfiledialog.cpp | fgrep pmRet
    pmRet.cArg = new char[selFile.length()];
    delete pmRet.cArg;

The last delete line look wrong.  Suggest new code like

    delete [] pmRet.cArg; pmRet.cArg = NULL;
