I just checked some of the source code in the Suse Linux factory package
qca-sasl-1.0-221.16 and I noticed the following

$ egrep "new |delete" ../BUILD/qca-sasl-1.0/qca-sasl.cpp | fgrep callbacks
                        delete callbacks;
                callbacks = new sasl_callback_t[5];
                callbacks = new sasl_callback_t[2];

Suggest replace delete with

                        delete [] callbacks; callbacks = NULL;
