error when trying to mount an ntfs volume

I cant mount an ntfs volume listed in dolphin sidebar. When I click to an volume I get error org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.UnknownFailure: TODO: have to rethink extra option

The same error I get when trying to open connected external hdd with ntfs partition.
