Description Per Ångström 2008-11-30 18:20:30 UTC
I have a multi-media keyboard with a volume-control dial. The dial works with both KDE4 and Gnome, but only in Gnome do I get a volume-control indicator when I change the volume; in KDE 4.1.3 there is no visual feedback at all. This used to work in KDE3.

Funny that this bug is marked ENHANCEMENT. In my opinion, this is basic functionality that is more or less taken for granted, until it is missing.

There is now OSD in KDE4.3.
