File upload window

Step to reproduce:
- use firefox with KDE4.1
- try to upload a file
- a window will pop-up
- window size is too small to be usable, so resize it
- now try to select a file, the window will auto resize to it's original small size
- if you need to traverse many directory to find your file it's really a nightmare

To summarize:
1) default window size is too small
2) window should not auto resize
