When starting KDE, there is a green background and a gray rectangle which isn't very hight but reaches from the left margin to the right margin of the screen. And in this gray rectangle, there is a progress bar.

On my screen (1920x1080), the gray rectangle is too short: It doesn't reach up to the left and right margin of the screen, but ends up "in the air".

(I didn't figure out how to make a screenshot from this.)
