Output from hwinfo --sound

KDE 4 Desktop

In Yast 2 Hardware->Sound->Volume pressing the "Test" button does not produce any sound. 

The card seems to be recognized/configured correctly, it is able to play sounds outside of YAST2 (e.g. using the sample clip from Amarok).

Attached are the outputs from hwinfo --sound .

The Smolt UUID for the system in Question is
