Description karapuz karapuz 2009-01-05 04:32:41 UTC
I could use my Nokia phone (models 5300 or 5610) before to access the memory card inside it as USB storage device. If I plug the phone in, I see the USB device:

#lsusb
Bus 008 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 007 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0421:04b8 Nokia Mobile Phones
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

I see partisions:

#cat /proc/partitions
major minor #blocks name

   8 0 488386584 sda
   8 1 7164958 sda1
   8 2 1 sda2
   8 5 95233288 sda5

But sdb device not mounted. In /var/log/messeges i see:
