novell-nortelplugins is not available in factory because of the source code availability issue.  Please fix.

Hi,

 Opensourcing has been approved by the OSRB, so we don't need the internal package again, delete it and resubmit the package, also change the license to GPLv2 or later.

 Dirk submitted a bug for this issue, so let this bug duplicate to Bug#503459.
