Environment:
Server: sles10sp2 + installer-teaming-20090215030037.linux
Client: windows xp sp3 (EN) + IE7 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login Teaming (http://TeamingServer:8080) 
2. Click Personal Workspaces link,then click Add user
3. In the opened page,don't enter any values,then click OK

Actual Results:
  Open a page with General Error,it is not friendly for the user.

Expected Results:
  Error message is proper and friendly.
  Before submitting the form,do the validity check.Maybe some required fields
  should have a sign(like: *).

Notes:
  When add an entry in workspace,don't enter any values then OK,entry can be created with no-title.

Fixed. A better error message is given if the Login Name field is left blank
