I just tried to build Factory package openbabel-2.2.0-4.86
and the build said

fingerprint.cpp:153: warning: operation on 'ppat' may be undefined

The source code is

            if ( (a=((*ppat) & (*p++)) ^ (*ppat++)) ) break;

I agree with the compiler. This code is undefined.
Suggest code rework.

I don't think it is plausible to claim that one piece
of undefined code in the area of expression handling is a duplicate
of another piece of undefined code in the area of memory
allocation.

Would it be possible to find out the name or email address
of the manager or supervisor of L Lunak, please ?
