A basic webpage

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.2; Linux) KHTML/4.2.86 (like Gecko) SUSE

Stripes of a webpage are jumbled.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a webpage, such as Facebook

Actual Results:  
Sections of the page are shifted around the page, leaving a checkerboard-like image. Please see the upper right corner of attached image file.

Expected Results:  
A clean page.
