1. It is a KDE4 system.
2. kde4-config shows that preferences would be stored in .kde4 folder. So we try to search for all the preferences in .kde4 folder.
3. But for some reason, the system is storing the preferences in .kde folder, and so Konquerer is not able to pick up the settings.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set system proxy settings
2. Run Konquerer
3. Open some URL
Actual Results:  
Proxy settings are not honored

Expected Results:  
Proxy settings should be honored
