Yesterday there were updates via suseupdater applet for the kernel and pulseaudio. After installing the updates and rebooting, I noticed that sound was muted. The KMix applet in the panel shows volume is 100%, but the master channel in the mixer is muted.

After unmuting the master channel, sound works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
Sound should not be muted.

This happens after every reboot.

Same over here, but if I unmute master channel, I get a high frequency beep on my front speakers.
The surround speakers which are not influenced by master behave normal.
