Table rows and cells can all be formatted as center, right, or left. When in the editor, click on a table row or cell. Then click on the table row properties button in the editor toolbar (bottom row, 8th and 9th buttons from left).

Is this what you want? Or are you trying to somehow position the whole table on the page. If the latter, then try putting the table inside another 1 cell table that is configured to be centered.

Sorry this is when creating a table in the landing page. There is no tinymce available (attached is a screenshot)
