live installer is broken atm, it looks for complex_welcome.ycp in several directories, but there is only an inst_complex_welcome.ycp

I checked yesterday with Lukas and he said it's all fine in the control.xml

changing the control.xml to inst_ prefix works around the problem and I guess I will do that for m6.

that won't help, it continues with the same error for timezone - even though there is a timezone.ycp.
