In my case, I selected the Spanish Layout during install, but after the first system reboot I get the USA Layout set.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install openSUSE 11.2 M6 and choose the Spanish Keyboard Layout.
2.Reboot the system once installation is over.
3.Check Kayboard Layout.
Actual Results:
Different Keyboard Layout from chosen at install time.

Expected Results:
Keyboard Layout after first reboot (always actually) and chosen during install are the same.

Hm, the log files are from live installation and do not indicate any change to spanish layout...
Comment 5 Jiří Suchomel 2009-09-03 08:48:45 UTC
But I reproduced it. The keyboard layout was set during install (with xkbmap call), was not available in the desktop.
