Installed Build0249 with GNOME. When starting Firefox, the mouse cursor shows that it is busy. After Firefox started properly, the mouse cursor doesn't go back to "not busy" for another 30-60 seconds. Seems as if Firefox is not doing the startup notification properly.

Reproducible: Always
