kpackagekit4 is not able to install updates. It tries to access PackageKit,
but cannot get the privilege via Policykit.

I *think* it might be between PackageKit and PolicyKit.

kpackagekit reports:
"Benutzer ist nicht zulaessig: org.freedesktop.package.system-update"

There is no PolicyKit message box querying. PolicyKit-kde is installed.

PackageKit has changed to use the new polkit instead of PolicyKit for authentication. Is polkitd running.

Not sure if this is the same issue but we had a similar issue in the past with nothing providing an authentication agent on KDE. Is there something like polkit-gnome (note: polkit-gnome not PolicyKit-gnome) available.
