KDE in openSUSE 11.2 m7 has folders ~/Desktop ~/Documents and locilized ones: "~/Рабочий стол" "~/Документы" "~/Загрузки"

KDE actual uses localized path, but suse's desktop shourtcuts placed in non-localized catalog Desktop

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install openSUSE 11.2 m7 with KDE43 and russian localization
2.Boot in KDE and see desktop, there no shourtcats like MyComputer, Frefox etc.
3.See into ~/Desktop, shourtcuts are here
Actual Results:  
There are no standard suse's shourtcuts on desktop

Expected Results:  
Non localised catalogs shoud be removed from russian localised installation, desktop shourtcuts should be placed in localised one.
