I have F9 configured to Lock Screen.  As of RC1, it no longer works.  It worked in m7 and m8.  I tried to configure other keys as well for Lock Screen, but none work. I can lock the screen through the main menu.

Seems to have become a general problem with keyboard shortcuts.
