after boot there are a some strange messges on vc1:

Master Resource Control: runlevel 5 has been                                                                                                                                                                                         reached
Failed services in runlevel 5:                                                                                                                                                                         network vmware nfs named vmtoolsd
Skipped services in runlevel 5:                                                                                                                                                                             smbfs splash xend xendomains
