If you have configured for a network printer a local print queue and the network printer is not reachable the print dialog of KDE4 applications loads very slowly (it can take several minutes) and the application is not usable for this time.

In the qt bug report the first comment claims to have a fix.

The fix was applied for Qt 4.6.1 and I can confirm that the problem is fixed.

Would be nice if the fix could be backported for openSUSE 11.2
