I configured the task manager for show only the tasks of the current work area, but some applications appear in all desktops.

In the work area that the application really this open, he's show two times in task manager, and the others task manager, just one time

I also saw this once, and had the impression it was related to the 
"Special application settings" -> Force to desktop #
