User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; de; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091016 SUSE/3.5.4-1.1.2 Firefox/3.5.4 GTB6

Certificate backup in Firefox don't work. If I try to save a certificate all works well until the file dialog comes up. In the file dialog I enter a file name and then I press the save button. The file dialog closes but unfortunately nothing is saved. No error message but also no saved file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open certificate dialog.
2.Choose certificate to backup/save.
3.Set filename and press save button in file dialog.
Actual Results:
Nothing. File dialog closed, but no file saved.

Expected Results:
Backuped certificate.

Which version is the package mozilla-xulrunner191-kde4?
(guessing you are using KDE)
rpm -q mozilla-xulrunner191-kde4
Comment 2 Bernd Lachner 2009-11-17 19:51:51 UTC
The output of rpm -q mozilla-xulrunner191-kde4 is:

mozilla-xulrunner191-kde4-0.5-2.2.x86_64

Ok, there were some bugs wrt the filepicker KDE integration.
Not sure if that one was fixed though.
If you don't mind installing stuff from OBS you could update to the versions in the mozilla repository which contains some fixes already. They also will end up in official repos at some point but it would be interesting if your bug is fixed with them.
(/me has no KDE machine running to test right now)

Comment 5 Bernd Lachner 2009-11-17 20:23:08 UTC
OK I tried the OBS version. (Firefox 3.5.5)

Sorry for the error message attachment I send before. The error message comes up after me first try, after the password dialog for save.

I tried again and now it works.
