i updated kupdateapplet on 11.2 from 0.9.4 to 0.9.9 using 
kupdateappletz itself.


It however did not restart itself after applying the update, while it should.


it has:
          <restart_suggested>1</restart_suggested>
          <relogin_suggested>1</relogin_suggested>

in it, neither of it was shown with 0.9.4.

bnc #580529 comment 13 mentions that packagekit doesn't notify about needed restarts. Maybe this bug is a duplicate.
