When I choose to restart my pc from kde, and I choose to boot from the drop-down-menu another grub-entry (like windows), this has no effect. 

I am not 100% sure, if this happens on a fresh opensuse-11.2 install, but it happens with the obs kde4-factory packages. And I write this report in hope, that this will be fixed for opensuse-11.3 with kde-4.4. This was always a nice feature of kde: you did not need to wait on reboot and pass the right moment in grub, so that the wanted system is started.
