I wanted to create a LVM like this in the attached screenshot but I got an error -3030
Logs will be attached too. The logs contain two attempts of installation. Both the same partitioning but the second attempt removes the LVM from the first attempt too.
Partitioning and error is the same in both tries.

I already found that problem myself and it's a duplicate of bug #598193.
