Description of Problem:
Error creating new Packing Project:
"Can't create project with type :
MonoDevelop.Deployment.PackagingProject,
MonoDevelop.Deployment"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start a new solution.
2. Click on Packing Project.

How often does this happen? 
Everytime when I try to create the project.  Unable to proceed.

Fixed in SVN (r158274).
