Currently, http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/non-oss/suse/i586/ has only the very old flash-player
  flash-player-10.0.42.34-2.3.i586.rpm
while the release branches have the latest,
  e.g. http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.2/rpm/i586/ has 10.0.45.2

Expected: Also Factory will have the latest version.


Note: There will be a new version today, which fixes a security bug, cf.
