User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100527 SUSE/3.6.4-2.2 Firefox/3.6.4

In sysinfo: the processor always runs at maximal speed 1995 Mhz(my cpu has 2 Ghz max). It's a Dell 6400 laptop. 

In powerdevil cpu frequency scaling can't be changed, in fact it doesn't display any selectable option.

I don't know if it's a kde bug or a distribution bug.

installing hal fixed this issue.
