Starting Name Service Cache Daemonbind(/var/run/nscd/socket): No such file or directory startproc: exit status of parent of /usr/sbin/nscd: 1 Installing nscd - Name Service Caching Daemon and deinstallation of unscd-0.45-5.1.i586 sorted the issue but how was this bug missed! I strongly feel that an updated media must be released (openSUSE 11.31) after a while with all ths minor bugs cleaned! Clifford Gonsalves Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
