The build package needs a configuration file for 11.4 but it is missing.

In the path: /usr/lib/build/configs, one expects to find sl11.4.conf customized for openSUSE 11.4.
This is referenced by a symbolic link alias: default.conf, but the link is dead without the sl11.4.conf file.

This breaks local builds and KMP package processing. As workaround, get a valid config from OBS:
https://build.opensuse.org/project/prjconf?project=openSUSE%3A11.4

Steps to Reproduce:
1.build --verify
2.(the verification of the build components shows the error)
3.



This looks like the same problem as last time (11.3 release).

Michael Schroeder may have an optimized config for the 11.4 shipping release.

add 11.4 config to package and triggered an update in openSUSE:Tools:Unstable project.
