These messages were in my konsole upon waking from suspend-to-ram:

[14788.242092] Uhhuh. NMI received for unknown reason b0 on CPU 0.
[14788.242092] You have some hardware problem, likely on the PCI bus.
[14788.242092] Dazed and confused, but trying to continue

I am NOT USING the stock kernel - I am using 2.6.37.3-3-desktop from Kernel:openSUSE-11.4 due to a different bug (unplugging USB audio device results in oops).  However, the messages are also present with the stock kernel.

No, probably not. Yours is generated by a real (PCI) device because SERR bit is set.
