After boot into 11.4 with systemd, I get mess like below in the messages file. Also klog spins eating 100% CPU. It's apparent why. The mess goes into the kernel log.

The packages version:

No idea what's causing this. It's some SUSE log magic, which goes crazy here, and causes loops. Please test the 11.4 systemd version from Base:System.
