After following the steps above my USB-modem works like a charm. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
This was included in 11.3. So not really an enhancement, is it?
This was one of the reasons I reverted to 11.3, I badly needed a working mobile connection and could only get it to work in 11.3.
This may work in Tumbleweed
