Description Christopher Yeleighton 2011-04-16 08:59:17 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

The log-in form becomes becomes inactive for a short period of time after the operator enters a wrong password. The only activity allowed until interactivity returns is to switch the user. However, this action, while allowed, does not have the desired effect of changing the current user name, as it happens when the log-in form is fully active. The form becomes inconsistent instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create users: Alice and Bob.
  2. Open a GUI session.
  3. Give a wrong password for user Alice.
  4. Select user Bob.
  5. Wait for the log-in form to become active again.
Actual Results:
  2. The log-in screen shows users Alice and Bob.
  3. The user name is "alice", interaction is disabled.
  5. The selected user is Bob but the user name is "alice".

Expected Results:
5, Let the user name change to "bob".
