NET-Build 315 installation:

error: can't create transaction lock on /var/lib/rpm/.rpm.lock (No such file or directory)

After nearly 1000 packages installed the installation aborts with an error message. It happens around package 230 (xorg-x11) counted down from 1244. The missing file is installed!

Installation configuration: KDE, German-Deutsch
