Docky is not configurable on on a GNOME 3 desktop because the libgnome-desktop-2-17 dependancy is missing.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. zypper in docky
2. launch docky
3. Go to the configuration and change to "plugin" tabs.
Actual Results:  
it crashes

Expected Results:  
libgnome-destkop should be a dependancy of docky

Same issue as bug 726488, for gnome-desktop-sharp2.

In fact a dup of 738011
