From /usr/lib/ssh/ssh-askpass:

X11_SSH_ASKPASS="/usr/lib64/ssh/x11-ssh-askpass"

But the actual binary is installed in /usr/lib/ssh/x11-ssh-askpass

(notice the lib vs. lib64 difference)
