the tray-icons (dolhphin) disappear after u cklick on them and so u cant start one program more as one time.
also if multiple apps are started (libreoffice and dolhin) one of them completly freeze and dont responf until u close one of them.

you mean launcher? if so, AFAIK that icon should be disappear and run as a task show on task panel until you close it then it will back(appear). Or you mean the icon disappear and no that task show on panel after you switch to other activity?

second one is another issue, should be separate from here, can you report a new bug for that? I suspect that is performance issue btw, I cannot reproduce here :)
