Description James Rome 2011-11-21 19:05:14 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_2) AppleWebKit/535.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/15.0.874.121 Safari/535.2

in 12.1, I disabled ipv6 in the networking yast page. But that stops automatically setting the X display variable when you try to run a remote X app. Restoring ipv6 makes it work again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn off ipv6 support in yast/network devices. reboot
2. Try a remote X app. you get a message that DISPLAY is not set
3. Turn ipv6 back on and reboot
4. X works again
Actual Results:
X stops transferring the DISPLAY

Expected Results:
It should work
