Under OpenSUSE 12.1 I have evolution pointed against gmail (IMAP+), Groupwise (SOAP), along with google calendar and addressbook sources.  I'm unable to view any Groupwise address books (although they are listed) and my calendar will often die very quickly (although without any user notification, it just shows up blank).  If I run e-calendar-factory through gdb I can watch it die though:

The updated RPMs unfortunately haven't helped at all.  My calendar still crashes within a minute of loading (trace below) and if I try to open any of my Groupwise address books (Dan Elder, Frequent Contacts, Novell GroupWise Address Book) I get an error message in the top pane that says:

Unable to open address book
This address book cannot be opened.  This either means that an incorrect URI was entered, or the server is unreachable.
Detailed error message: Authentication required

This is using libegroupwise-1_2-13-3.2.1-2.6.1.x86_64.rpm and evolution-groupwise-3.2.1-2.6.1.x86_64.rpm.

Sorry, fix has been committed in current development branch (3.3.x), it will be committed to 3.2 branch as soon as it's ready because patch needs some modification with respect to 3.2 code base.

Can you please check whether e-addressbook-factory is running in your system or not ?

I upgraded to tumbleweed and am now running:

evolution-webcal-2.32.0-8.1.2.x86_64
evolution-data-server-3.2.1-2.1.2.x86_64
evolution-3.2.1-2.2.2.x86_64
evolution-groupwise-3.2.1-2.1.2.x86_64

I don't get an error message when accessing my Groupwise addressbooks but nothing at all shows up (empty addressbook).  Groupwise calendar access seems to be more stable but I can't add appointments at all or I get error messages like:

"No such interface `org.gnome.evolution.dataserver.Calendar' on object at path /org/gnome/evolution/dataserver/Calendar/30117/4"

e-addressbook-factory is definitely running on my (upgraded) system.  When it would crash before though it would restart right away.  Just let me know what else I can do to help test/fix this.

12.1 release is out of support. As evolution issues are rather upstream if still reproducible please report to upstream on bugs.gnome.org.
