User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/534.34 (KHTML, like Gecko) rekonq Safari/534.34

When I navigate to Configure Desktop / Login Screen and choose an alternative greeter and successfully choose apply, it is not applied to my system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.navigate to Configure Desktop / Login Screen 
2. choose an alternative greeter and successfully choose apply
3. it does nto get applied to the system.
Actual Results:  
The standard OpenSuse KDM remains in place.

Expected Results:  
I'd expect the newly selected greeter to be applied.

This is unfortunately a long standing issue. You have to use Yast.
