if i remove the launcher in the panel, when rebbot the system, the launcher (after removed) reappers

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.remouve the luncher in the pannel (for example dolphjin and firefox)
2.reboot the system
3.launcher firefox and dolphin reappers in the pannel

Its known issue. A workaround: delete the current taskbar(taskmanager) and insert a new one
