Because of http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31882 Wine now depends on libxcb 1.9 instead of 1.8.

Would it be possible to add that package to the Emulators:Wine repository?

are you using 12.2?

We will be releasing an update for libxcb there.
