Hugin (panorama stich software) requires "make" to create panoramas, but it is not included with RPM dependency. Default 12.3 installation has Hugin installed, but not make. When trying to create panorama it fails and no further error provided. In the advanced usage user will get error "execvp(make ...) failed with error 2"

1. Create panorama using Hugin without make

Actual Results:  
Hugin installs without make and panorama fails

Expected Results:  
There should be dependency in RPM for "make" to be installed together with Hugin

fixed in sr 231233 in graphics project

Not sure it is worth backporting this for 13.1 (unless we have other fixes pending).
