On my 13.1m3 testbox, the network device naming seem to be alternating between the ethX numeration and the new biosdevname-based scheme.  On boot#1, I get ethX, on boot#2, I get enp3s1f0, on boot#3 I get ethX.

I think this is being covered under bug#820407.  I'll reopen if it isn't.
