openSUSE places the Package Manager in XFCE Settings Manager. The Package Manager application is prepared to handle dropped packages. The Settings Manager is not prepared to handle the syntax for that. Havoc ensues.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the applet "Install/Remove Software" from the Settings Manager.

Actual Results:
  1. Package %F not found.

Expected Results:
  1. The Package Manager.

Either remove the Package Manager from the Settings Manager or create another application that does not accept dropped files and allow the Settings Manager to find it instead of the current one.

Not a bug in xfce4-settings-manager but a known problem with desktop-data-openSUSE.
