Starting yast and then "Software Management" on a rather minimal 13.2 installation results in an "interal error". Please see screenshots and y2logs attached.

According to your screenshot this seems to be the same as bug#917606, which should be fixed with today's yast2 update.

Please reopen if you still see the issue after installing all current updates.
